How does the boosting process work?
Pick your current and desired rank, choose duo or piloted, and check out. We assign a verified booster, who either plays with you (duo) or on your account (piloted) until the target rank is reached. You'll get live updates the whole way through.
Is my account safe?
Yes. Our boosters use region-matched VPNs, play on offline/invisible mode, and match your normal play windows. Thousands of completed orders, zero bans. Piloted orders never ask for your Steam password up front — credentials are collected over an encrypted channel only after the booster is assigned.
How long does a boost take?
Most orders complete in 24–48 hours. Larger boosts (5+ tiers) usually take 3–5 days. You'll see an estimated win count at checkout, and the exact ETA is posted once the booster picks up your order.
What ranks can you boost to?
Any rank up to Eternus. Every booster on the roster is Ascendant or Eternus themselves.
Duo or piloted — which should I pick?
Duo keeps your account fully private (nobody else signs in) and you play each match with the booster. Piloted is faster and cheaper, and requires no time from you. Both are safe; duo is just the most conservative option.
Can I play on my account during a piloted boost?
No. Two simultaneous sessions on one account from different regions is the classic anti-cheat flag, and the fastest way to get a piloted boost to trip a ban review. Stay off the account entirely until your booster marks the order complete. If you want to keep playing during a boost, book a duo order instead — duo means the booster plays on their own account alongside you, so yours is always yours.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link are supported through the same checkout. We do not store card details on our servers.
What if I don't reach my desired rank?
Every order is covered by our completion guarantee. If we can't deliver the rank you paid for, you get a full refund — no questions asked. See the refund policy for full terms.
How do I track my order?
After checkout you'll get an order tracker link (and it's emailed to you). Bookmark it — it shows live status, the assigned booster, and progress notes.
How do I contact support?
